Two years ago I was both excited and anxious to become a mother. When that door opened and McKaden was brought into that tiny room, all things changed. From the moment that she was placed in my arms I felt at home - like it was right. She has brought us so much joy ... words cannot describe. Today is McKaden Day! Two years ago she joined our family and we have not had a dull moment since. Look back to our posts from November 2005 to see just how much this little one has changed. We love you McKaden Joy!

Happy McKaden Day! It is amazing how much a little child can change your life so completely. You and Mark are awesome parents. Max has only a few more months to wait until his parents and sister welcome him home. :) And little does he know how special that day will be! -Marlys

She is so adorable! I'll never forget meeting her for the first time. She was doing all of the basketball signs! You guys are awesome. We miss you!
