Our new friends, Amy and Stephan, took us across the bridge to the fish market ... talk about a great experience .. we loved it! Just a few minutes walk from the hotel is the area of town where they sell all kinds of seafood, alligators, insects, snakes and other delectable treats. Take a look at some of the things that the Chinese eat - it is not for me, but to each his own. The kids loved it and it was an eye opening experience.
